Leading up to the conference that begins July 22nd, we request that you:

Our top three promoters will choose the charity of their choice for us to make a donation to. It will be a win-win-win.

Timeline for promotion:

Week of July 7: First email to contacts and at least one social media post (for those who are ready and want to promote early)

Week of July 14: Second (and third) email out to contacts and social media post

July 20-21: This is the final push before we begin - this is the time to really build excitement

Instructions to Send an Email Promotion

Set Up Your Emails To Be Sent To Your Entire List (This is the primary source of promotion).

Follow this easy process:

- Create your email campaign

- Add a subject line

- Select the email copy you want to send to your audience from the choices below

- Copy and paste that email copy into your email campaign.

- Add your promo link, a graphic, greeting, and signature to your email (also below)

- Repeat this process for your additional emails

Please remember to personalize it by changing the copy to sound more like you, add a graphic (below), add your promo link and your signature.

Some speakers even add their own promo video - it is exposure for you, your work, and the virtual conference.
